However, in case you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future services.

Points to be remembered before claiming a refund:

  • The Refund shall not be made in case of Act of GOD like flood, Earthquake, fire or any reason beyond our control like Riots etc.
  • In case a customer has paid for a service and then the customer requests for a refund on the same business day because he does not want the service anymore or because of change in his/her mind, the refund shall be considered as 75% of the purchased price as there is no fault, defect in the service of Registrationkarwalo. The company will have to bear the GST, bank charges and administrative expenses for a refund of the transaction. However, the customer will have to inform in writing via email @ support@registrationkarwal.com . Otherwise, the customer will have an option to opt for 100% Credit Voucher for future services. The Credit voucher shall be valid for two months from the date of issue of the voucher.
  • In case a customer has paid for a service and the registration Karwalo team has initiated the process and the customer requests after one business day to stop the work or refund the amount then it will depend upon case to case and subject to management approval. Otherwise, the customer will have an option to opt for Credit Voucher of the approved amount for future services. The Credit voucher shall be valid for two months from the date of issue of the voucher.
  • If the request for a refund has been raised 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service or product then, such refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.
  • If the request for the refund has been approved by Registration Karwalo, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
