MCA Notifies applicability of few more provisions of Companies.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub‑section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the  07th May, 2018 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely
